We are here to give you and your employees great medical care and even better communication and customer service.  Our medical director, Dr. Steve Novak,  is a board certified emergency room physician so you can be assured your employees are receiving the best standard of medical care possible.  As you can see from the enclosed forms our internal system is based on immediate response to your needs. 

We understand that scheduling is crucial to your business.  This is why we are only one call (or email) away whenever you need a question answered.  Communication can be set-up such that your department is notified upon arrival of the injured employee or you may be notified after treatment. 

You will find our internal reports to be useful and the State of California Workers' Compensation 1^st Report to be typed and reviewed within 24 hours of the initial injury examination.  In the case of extreme emergency the written 1^st  Report is made available to specialists and insurers.  We have ongoing communication with dozens of adjusters so we should be able to make your personnel's job a bit easier.

Novak Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..  JFK Memorial Hospital Emergency Room treats our employer's after-hour injuries.  They have done a great job in the last year, minimizing specialist involvement, faxing reports and insuring we do all follow-up care.  They notify Dr. Novak so he can direct the immediate treatment.
